Well, another birthday in our family has come and gone. Only 1 more to go. Yup, we get through all of our birthdays by May. It’s kind of sad really.
This is typical of my family. I don’t know if we’ll ever be able to take a normal picture.
But let’s be honest, sometimes I exploit that fact and get awesome pictures likes this:

Last week’s nutrition goal was to track my food intake (I used My Fitness Pal) and I would say I was about 87% successful at it. I did track most days and learned that I really do eat pretty well when it comes to my meals. It’s my sweet tooth that gets the better of me. But on the days that I got in good work outs, that made up for it. Although there was one day I was under by 400 calories. That was strange.
So maybe overall it tends to even out for me? I don’t know. But it was interesting to see what I don’t eat enough of! From what I can tell, I need more calcium. Good thing I discovered that I have string cheese in the fridge! The things you learn when your roommate cleans out the fridge. I also have to juicy tomatoes! Who knew?!
This Week’s Nutrition Goal: use all the fresh fruits and vegetables this week before they go bad! I hate it when that happens.
