I made a switch I wasn’t expecting to make. Not even a little bit.
I got an android! My dad and I both ended up getting the Galaxy S4. I have to admit…I’m loving it. It’s definitely taking some adjusting after being on an iPhone for 2.5 years. I’m also trying to come to terms with my group iMessages being gone now. But overall, I like it so far.
My mom snapped this of me and my dad trying to make the decision of which phones to buy. It was rough.
Now all my spare time is spent trying to remember my login information for my all apps. But seriously.
Saturday was filled with errands and things that needed to get done. Then it was a late night trip to the craft store to buy 20 blankets worth of fleece for some of the women in our church group to make blankets for the local children’s hospital. Fleece is heavy, y’all. It also causes you to close your eyes so you can’t see when you smile in pictures.
Sunday was spent at church and then making this cake. It was my first time making a cake into a new shape and decorating it, etc. I think it turned out ok!
I took it Janae for her birthday that was last Thursday. Swedish fish are her favorite candies, so that’s where the inspiration came from. It was so fun to see her! I love having her nearby!
I then came home and watched some Modern Family while trying to make a dent into this chocolate cake from Cheesecake Factory that I got on Valentine’s Day. Seriously, it’s huge. I’m still not done with it.
It was a great weekend and I’m itching for a good workout! Heading to the gym this morning for a good run.
What did you do this weekend?
What phone do you have?
When is your next race? I need to find another race to sign up for!
